Year 8 students are learning about Asian cuisine and today they watched on demonstration on how to make a samosas.
They than had a go themselves.
A samosas is a mixture of meat and vegetables mixed together and put in a thin wrap of pastry.
The pastry is really fiddly to work with as it is so thin!
Oil is brushed on the edges to get it to stick together.
These are the samosas ready for frying and then ready for eating!
